Dunkin’, a multinational coffee and donut company, was in need of a comprehensive renovation for over 200 of its stores, including complete, ground-up build outs of two stand alone locations. This massive project was on a strict time schedule and budget, and was complicated due to many spaces having previously had substandard renovations completed. Dunkin’ needed a solution that could fix the problems and complete the work, while staying on track for time and cost.
Rebuilding for a Better Future
D-MAR provided an integrated approach to solve Dunkin’ Donuts’ challenges, including submission of plans and coordination with architects, removing existing and replacing all service equipment, wall finishes, and cabinetry, as well as interior and exterior site work to upgrade restrooms, ramps, sidewalks and parking areas to ADA compliance. All 200+ stores were completed in just 8 months, all while absorbing costs and staying on budget despite inevitable challenges.
