Large Scale Endeavors

This mass-scale project required demolition, renovation, and new construction at 263 stores, including 18 locations that needed complete overhauls. D-Mar was tapped for its expertise in construction management in partnership with design collaborators Design Styles Architecture.

A history of effective collaboration drove project success by enhancing the team’s communication and ability to solve challenges.

Close Collaboration

D-Mar and Hess were longtime partners on numerous projects, including renovations, design, maintenance, and construction. This rich history and familiarity with the properties best suited D-Mar to meet Speedway’s needs and effectively solve renovation challenges. Conversions of all stores, which included demolition, changing out equipment, new construction, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services, took only 6 months during which all stores remained open and operational.

Let’s create something great together
