State Licensing

D-Mar maintains commercial general contractor licenses in six states. It is important for us to grow our abilities to serve across the nation and maintain compliance with each state’s standards and practices.

Through certification, women-owned businesses gain access to a vast network of support, including targeted business opportunities for certified women-owned firms.

Minority and women-owned firms who meet the requirements in 49 CFR Part 26 may apply for and update their DBE Certification. ADOT’s Unified Certification Program (UCP) ensures that firms certified by one certifying agency are DBE certified for all work performed on transportation projects in Arizona.

The Florida Department of Transportation's DBE Program, administered by the Equal Opportunity Office, is intended to remedy past and current discrimination against disadvantaged business enterprises.

The goal of the Office of Supplier Diversity is to increase the number of Florida Certified Business Enterprises - minority-owned (MBE), woman-owned (WBE) and Veteran-owned (VBE).

The Disadvantaged Minority/Disadvantaged Women Business Enterprise programs provide an opportunity for disadvantaged minority/disadvantaged women to participate in the County's procurement program.

Pinellas County’s Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program is a sheltered market for small businesses. This program allows smaller companies to place bids to sell goods and services to Pinellas County Government. Purchases will range from $5,000 up to $100,000.

The City of St. Petersburg’s Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program, coordinated by The Greenhouse team, fosters growth in the economy and provides opportunities for participation in city construction projects and the procurement of Goods & Services.
